Dear Sir,
I have applied for new Gas connection on 13-Apr 10 at M/s. Sheetla Gas Agency, Opp Sec-14, Delhi Road Gurgaon. & I got a verification Call on 13-Jul 10. His verification officer was satisfied & charge Rs.250/- for the name of verification fee & told me that you will get a call from Gas Agency within next 10 days. But today already 20 has been passed of that case & i did't recieved any call from that gas agency.
Today, when I call to Agancy to ask the status, I got answer from him that we have pending that connection 7 Month old. so we will call you later. Also, I visited there office several times but I didnt get any satisfactory response.

Now, Can you please help me to know the exact situation & reason of this type of response. and how much time required for new Gas connection.
