i have booked my gas through TOMO GAS on 31/8/10 at 5 p.m gas booking no -08 and some days after i asked for my gas to gas dealer ( mr. verma,manager ) then mr. verma said to me renew your gas rs/- 70.00.

MY CONSUMER NO - SH-27229 (SAHI AUTOMOBILE GAS, SADAR CANTT, NEW DELHI)

10.9.10 i am going to gas agency to meet with mr, verma and full fill all & pay 70.00 but the agency give me a paper which is only for check gas leakage or anything on your house but no body came to my house.

the gas agency make money from this.

mr, verma give me sureity to send gas on11/9/10 but till date 14/9/10 no gas supply to me.

now i am complaint through 1800-2333-555 on 14/9/10 at 12.10 p.m and my compliat no 76213.

i am asked to indane gas why the customer suffer.

please INVESTIGATE (AREA SDM/VIGILENCE) AND TAKE AN ACTION.
