Hi,

I have been chasing for my lost T-Shirt (Which I had bought 8 months back during my stay at UK) for the past 2 months.
I have neither got my T-shirt back nor any compensation. The T-Shirt was worth GBP 35 and the most worrying factor is I can never get a similar shirt here.

During this one month I have re-explained the issue to several customer care executives and manager just to increase my pain and anguish. Now a days I am not even getting hold of anyone who is willing to take the ownership of the matter leaving no more options left to me.

After chasing for 2 months now and wasting more money and time on telephone calls, I have decided to go for the consumer complaint.
