I took 2 years service contract for Aquagaurd.
The sevice contactor is not at all responsible type and attends to complaints or services as per his wishes.

This time after the service 4 days back the power connection was found to give trouble and the mechanic told that he will send another person to set this right,immediately,but till date it has not been attended.

WHAT A CLASS OF SERVICE CONTRACT

I am valid customer of eurekafobes acquaguard for last 10 years. My family home is 93, Housing Board Colony, Lewis Road, Nageswar Tangi, Bhubaneswar-751002 with contact telephone numbers: 0674-2432270/ (Mobile) 09437105231.
On 8.2.2010, I tendered a Bank Cheque (No. 025225 of State Bank of India, Main Branch (41) for Rs.2050/- for 2 years AMC and the amount has been debited on 10.2.2010.
My point of complaint is that till today, no body has come for any maintenance what so ever. We learnt that in the mean time, your dealership has been changed from one to the other. Presently, there is some Mr Arun Maity, who responds to calls and says that they do not have any record,
What can we do? We are fully dependent on acquaguard and it is not working since last two weeks. After running from posts to pillars, we have just compiled the above information, but no water. Before I file a Consumer Case against your Company I preferred to send this letter to you.
