This above mentioned Gas agency has 6 telephone nos as follows:08025656398, 25654560, 25654553,25660620, 65378398 and 41144619.
Since yesterday, i.e 13th Sept 2010, I have been trying all the nos continuously to try and book a gas cylinder for refill.All the lines at all times of the Working days(9am-6pm) are always busy.I just cannot believe that all telephone lines are always busy and it should take a consumer more than two days to book a cylinder on phone,Till now(12;15pm on 14th Sept 2010) I am unable to reach them.My other cylinder is empty and now I will be forced to adopt other means to get a filled cylinder.
I request that this company be taken to task.I feel there is something wrong with their telephone lines or with their operators or their system of Booking.How can all 6 telephones lines appear busy at all times of the day?I think they have to accept booking on line.Or they have to increase their no of phone lines or have more and better trained operators who take minimum time to book a cylinder or answer any other query.
A consumer cannot be expected to keep dialing repeatedly for days together just to get to a product supplier.It is a total mental harassment and a waste of precious time from one's working hours to keep repeatedly ringing a company for services which they are duty/honour bound to provide.

Even we are trying to place the refill request since last 15 days and no one is picking up the fone and they are not responding to even email requests. This agency should be blacklisted. Its high time, IOC should take some action against this agency. Soon our other cylinder is going to get exhausted and then we will be forced to eat out or adopt some other means to get the cylinder refilled.
