Low Gas Quantity in new supplied Cylinder:

Dear Sir,
I have complaint against Sringeri Enterprises, SCO-21, HUDA Shopping Complex, Sec.7, Old Rly Road, Gurgaon. Code-103838. Phone: 00124-2304888, 4076888 which is the distributor of Indane LPG Gas in our area. I am the customer of this gas service from 10th May 2009. Most of times i found quantity of gas low in cylinders supplied by this gas agency. This passed sunday (12th Sept. 2010) i applied for second new cylinder. I got the new cylinder 18th Sept. 2010 (Saturday). But the quantity of gas was very low. The weight of Home use cylinder is 16.000 kg. fixed & the weight of gas in this cylinder is 14.200 kg. So the total weight of cylinder should be 30.200 kg. But when i weight the new supplied cylinder, i found just 23.900 kg. Surprising thing is that the seal of cylinder can easily removed & can fixed again without breaking seal. Its near about half of gas quantity consumers are getting. I want that consumers will got full value of their money & I hope i will got proper response from your side.
