    Default su kam invertor cutomer care Complain not attended

    We loged a complain on 26th june 2010 su kam invertor cutomer care it is free of cost service because our battery is in gureentee period. but no body has been attend the complain.
    I had call 5 times not geeting positive responce every time they said we send this in escalation but no attend the complain. wht should we do???????????????
