Hello Sir/Madam,

The Sushil Departmental Store on Rajpur Road Dehradun does not take ownership of the product he has sold. My mother had ordered a Borosil Microwave Glass bowl but instead he gave her a glass bowl of some local company. When she went to the store to exchange the bowl he refused to exchange it saying that the company he had sold was also a good. He was also very rude to her and was not ready to listen to her complaint

Sales persons working at Sushil's Departmental store(Rajpur road) have always been rude to us. Surprisingly, people working at the Sushil's store on Dispensary road have been quite helpful and pleasant in their demeneaour.
