i bought a new 25 ltrs water geaser,symphony sauna on 24 oct 2009.after 2 months it got a problem and it is leaking so we called the service center,they sent a person and that person has taken the piece,guarentee card and charged 500 as the transport charges. From that day onwords till now it was not returned.i gave the compalint on 7 jan 2010. the people at service center is not responding well in the phone and they are not lifting the phone.they are not behaved well when i personally we them.
