    Subject:- REGARDING GRIEVANCE .

    Sir/Madam,

    An Annual Maintenance Contract of my washing machine, on 29/11/2009, for one year was made with Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary Company of Videocon.. Due to fault in my washing machine I lodged a complaint through their Customer Care over Telephone NO.011-39404040/18004194040 vide complaint No.DEL-1911100014.

    02. On 20/11/2010, an engineer along with one of his companions, from service center visited my home to attend the complaint. After checking of the washing machine, they told me that some parts are required to be replaced to repair the machine. They also assured that they would come next day i,e on 21/11/2010 with parts to repair the machine. But till date no one came to attend the complaint.

    03. To remind the company, I contacted their Customer Care over Telephone NO.011-39404040/18004194040 at following times and requested them to send the engineer immediately:-

    19/11/2010 at 1650 hrs.
    24/11/2010 at 1700 hrs
    25/11/2010 at 1120 hrs
    25/11/2010 at 1645 hrs
    26/11/2010 at 0850 hrs
    26/11/2010 at 1520 hrs
    26/11/2010 at 1910 hrs
    27/11/2010 at 0920 hrs
    27/11/2010 at 1440 hrs
    27/11/2010 at 1450 hrs
    27/11/2010 at 1745 hrs
    28/11/2010 at 1755 hrs
    29/11/2010 at 0925 hrs
    29/11/2010 at 1748 hrs
    29/11/2010 at 1755 hrs
    30/11/2010 at 1400 hrs

    04. Every time when I contacted with Customer Care, they apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that an Engineer would visit my home immediately, but despite of protracted requests, till date neither their Engineer came nor any call from their Service Centre received.

    05. I also requested the Company through E-Mail at their E-Mail address-customercare@vgmail.in on 27/11/2010 and 28/11/2010. They also apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that my complaint would be solved at the earliest, but all in vain.

    06. Due to non-working of may machine, we are facing lot of difficulties and forced to get washed our clothes in laundry.

    07. Due to unpleasant attitude of the Company I am feeling humiliated and cheated by them.
    06. In view of above, I request to your kind honour to help me on the matter and necessary directions may please be issued to the company to take immediate action for repairing of my washing machine.

    Default i submit my videocon woopher DS505M befour 2 month in tekcare mulund branch

    Sir/Madam,
    i have sound problem in my videocon whooper DS505M in Jan 2011. i did call on your customer care they send 1 person to my home he told me submit your whooper in our mulund service center. i did submit whooper after 2 week they solve my whooper problem. one sound IC problem was there.i want to paid 650/- rs charge & was collecting this.
    after 4/5 days whooper shows same problem. i want to resubmit my whooper in TEKCARE INDIA PVT. LTD MULUND, MUMBAI, on 24th Feb 2011 i did so much call in service center they only reply we call you back when problem solve. when i ask about problem there was mr. prasant told me problem in base ic,
    when i call another day one person on call i forgot his name they told me whooper have same problem to sond ic
    they all time told me your whooper model was old that's because his ic was not avelabel. we have ask for IC in delhi branch
    today i call service center they told ic not avelabel. after 2 month later they reply me that.
    I WANT TO SOLVE MY WHOOPER PROBLEM TAKE ANY ACTION ABOUT MY PROBLEM I HAVE WETTING YOUR REPLY

    Default No proper service through tekcare amc

    Dear Sir/MAdam,


    This is regarding the servicing of the washing machine. I had registered a complain on 20th of May.2011 with Tekcare- Complain No/.- MUM-2004110154, which was to be serviced by Rajesh Ajgaonkar-( 9076208525), I had tried calling his serval times but no reply. I kept calling the service centre to get a feedback, but in vain. On 25th April, I called the service centre and was told that someone would come to service it. I then requested to speak to the Supervisor, she registered another complain and said that someone would come within a day. Complain no/.- MUM-2504110091, since then I have been following up daily but get no assistance from them. There are times I have to hold the line for more than 10 mints to talk to the supervisor, after repeated effort I AM FEDUP with the service & also sure that the complain will just be there for the computers.

    Hopefully Videocon as a company can take some action, so that their sales dnt drop if perople do not get proper service

    My TV is out of order since last May'11 and continously I am registering the complaint, Atleast I have registered the complaint 5-6 times,but no one is interested to solve the issue. One day your one begger (technician) came and after entering into the room asked 500/- as charge without checking the TV.
    After I purchase the TV, it is going to complete almost 2 years,but I am confirming that total not more than 1 year we have watched the TV.

    Still I have spend 1100/- for repairing the TV with in 2 years. But I have not spend any single piece for my LG TV, which is completeing the almost 15 years.

    I think all of you are begger only. After selling the deffective unit sending your junior begger to beg the money from customer.

    Total Vediocon group and Mr.Dhoot is leader of team of begger. Don't have any ethic of your company.

    Now I am requesting to either you give me a new TV or take it back with out any cost, At least Mr.Dhoot and team can earn some beg for family.

    If you are unable to do anything,Then ask to your senior to talk to me and just send this mail to your MD.

    PREVIOUS COMPLAINT


    I have purchased one AKAI Challenger 14" TV in the month of Aug'09 model no is CAF 15EDP from your Dealer M/S ALKA ELECTRONICS ,Vashi,Navi Mumbai. After purchase with in 3 months it is started giving trouble (after some time picture getting fully red) and I have launched the complaint and your service technician came twice and rectified ,but with in few months again TV is out of order, in the month of August'10 and I have registered the complaint and again service engineer Mr.Laxman came and informed us that need to replaced some parts and asked for Rs 1000/- for extension of warranty (when it was under warranty ).We have denied to pay and he has done temporary service and not replaced any parts that time. After that he never came to rectify the same . Again from last week TV is out of order and we have registered the complaint and your same technician came and told that some parts is defective and need to be replace and for same we have to pay Rs 1500/- and when we denied to pay, he shouted with my wife and roughly spoken with me and my wife,even he has not closed the back cover of TV.
    My question, this is the after sales & service of your company.When I have purchased the TV from your dealer , they have convinced me to purchase this defective TV and now we are suffering and we are feeling mentally harassment.
    If, with in the warranty period 3 times visited your technician to rectify the unit, that is showing the unit is fully defective. Where as we are using LG TV also and after 15 years also we have not spent any single paise.
    Why you are cheating with the customers.Another thing which part supposed to replace under warranty period and not replaced ,where as now you are asking money for replacement of the same part.
    Your technician is very much rough and do not know how to talk to the lady .We have not given 1000/- and for same he has not changed the parts intentionally.

    I am requesting you to replaced the defective TV ,either I will go to the consumer court for cheating with us and release us from mental harassment .
    Hope you will do the needful ASAP.
