I had Purchase a swing machine-Order No-OP1051997. From Tele Brand Company and Booking no is 1762394 But the Product was defective so I returned and behalf of that I ordered Impact tool kit-OP1061838. and money was also sent by + DD Rs-895/= Registered Post from Kankan Bhavan Post office dated-22/3/2010, that was received by your company Product was sent on 22nd of April but till date I have not received Impact tool kit, Kindly Take an action Please.
