I am an existing IOC-LPG consumer (VGS.11373) under Vindhyabasini Gas Service, Mirzapur since 21 Nov. 2002; Due to longer distance from my home at Vill: Bandhawa Mahavir, PO: Vindhyachal and its related delivery problems, said Distributor of its own took back my SV.5065163 dated 21/11/2002 and inlieu issued Transferred Voucher TTV.31552950000327 on 11 March 2010 instructing me to submit it to Padmashree Gas Service, Mirzapur for easy home-deliveries. I appeared before the owner of Padmashree Gas Service, Mirzapur on 14 March, 2010 but was ignored. My TTV.31552950000327 when submitted with my proof of residence, I-Card etc. were returned with several issues e.g "One LPG-connection exists in same premises.." etc. As my connection is not a New Connection, it is a case of Transfer in same Area/Town". Every Citizen of India has liberty to obtain freely "Utility Services" like LPG for coocking his/her own Food having seperate coocking area/kitchen irrespective of family-relation/residences according to their Food-Habits/Restrictions - like Diebetic, Hypertension, Sugar etc. IOC/its Agent must not debar his/her consumership. It is ridiculous to note that IOC and its said Agent had refused to entertained my said Transfer Voucher as well as deactivated the LPG-connection of other consumer of same premises. Is it Public Utility Service or Monopoly Service ? Late people to judge!:
