I bought this flat at 2007 September. My problem is that I have not yet received my electric meter till date. Your department was already placed the transformer but till now no flat oweners get their electric meter. Our promoter told me that he already submit the required documents and money to electric supply and now this is their (Electric Supply, Bally Durgapur) responsibility. Two or three month before two or three employees of your department came in our flat with some form (probablt electric meter form) and I already sign it. Till now this flat has only one connection in the name of the promoter and we all use this. And we have no submeter also.
So this is our earnest request to you to look this matter urgently and sincerely.
I would be thankful to you if you kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Under an obvious sponsorship of the WBSEB office-holders in Madhyamgram, a zero-investment business has started. Whenever anyone goes to submit electric bills in SEB money collection center behind the HDFC bank, some local ruffian, very softly asks for keeping the cycle in some particular direction or area. And when the submission of the bill is complete, just demands Rs. 2.00 in return, which was never declared in the first interaction. And if someone, knowing of the whole scam from before, says that his/her cycle does not need protection, obviously the cycle can disappear. So, a kind of goon-protection or 'tolaa' is getting rented out from a Government Office. And the total emolument is not at all frugal, hundreds of cycles being posited there every day. It seems very likely that the SEB workers are in league with the goons, thus legitimizing this 'tolaa'. Please create a perspective where one can keep his cycle, without this fear of revenge-stealing.
