Hi;
I am facing this nuisance from BSNL Customer Care Agents as they are reluctant to resolve my request of activating 3G service on my postpaid connection. From 1st July I had been calling the BSNL Customer Care Center just to activate my SIM card. And from after 3rd July I have been calling for the 3G service which still hasn’t been activated. The official SLA is of 48Hrs for the same.
