Aircel mobile activate their FRIEND ZONE service without my request & deduct my balance
when i complain to C.Care they told me wait for 6 hours as they could not retrieve my A/C status due to
Server Problem(this the best way to neglect customer) But I called C.Care again this time after hearing my name she(C.Care officer NANDITA) does not respond anything and disconnect the call.
This is not the first time, i have same experience with my other Aircel number few months ago
I want a justice from consumer court. This is not about the amount this about service
