    Default Aircel to Vodafone MNP

    Hello,
    My name is R.vijai chander and iam Aircel prepaid subscriber since 2009.My mobile number is 9094010130-chennai.i requested for mnp to vodafone for first on 28.7.2011 and my application was rejected by Aircel.the reason given by them was the upc code did not match the donors porting code.Qhen i contacted aircel they requested me to visit aircel centre and ask for details.I went to aircel centre and they said the upc code written in the application might be wrong and asked me to submit the form again.So i went to vodafone store again and they requested me to generate the upc code again and i got the upc codeT887283 and i gave for re-request.The application was again rejected yesterday for same reason and i think aircel is doing this as they are not willing to send me out.I have again give for re-request today and i hope that you might work on it and solve my issue as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,
    Sorry for the inconvenience.The request given by on 5.8.11 was also rejected by Aircel for the same reason.When i contacted your vodafone store they said this done by aircel purposefully.I even tried talking to nodal officer but it is useless.Aircel the worst service provider i have seen.There must be a way to get me ported to vodafone as soon as possible and please help get ported.

    Angry Airtel authorised relationship centre

    Hi, i am vaibhav,
    I am using Tata indicom number i want to change into Airtel. So i go to Airtel authorised relationship centre Karshini Solutions
    BG - 28, Aditya Mega Mall, Indrapuram Ghaziabad

    First time i went, there is a long queue... all executive are on there personal mobiles chating with some one, and doing work... very slow... after 15-20 mins i asked for the process then one executive reply to ask some other executive... then again i have to wait. Executive is on the phone and talking with some one for a long time...i ask then she said come with id and address proof.
    I am just fed up for waiting.. so i gone that time.
    Then i got searched and know the process via net. Then gone with id proof and unique port no.
    Again same queue on the office. All one are very careless for there work. They are just doing
    work as they are in goverment office.
    After waiting a long time a show the id proof (passport), then she said this is not clear... go and do
    another copy of this than only we can do further process.
    I have anothoer copy of id and address proof. Then after checking the document in approx 10 mins she give
    two forms to me and said you fill these forms first then come.
    Why i have to fill forms? I just went out from office... no one ask me what happen from the shop they just
    careless.

    In front of the Airtel office there is a shop of mobile repairing and he kept all connections.
    I gone there and ask for MNP then in just 2 mins he take id's from me and give me the sim card.
    and say in 7 days you got this working.

    Why Airtel authorised relationship centre has poor response.
    Is they are on goverment type job. They don't have any customer
    relationship manner.
