This is Soomin Banerjee ,I would like to bring a very serrious matter in your concern and file a case against the Airtel company in regards to that.I am the owner of two airtel connection 9831484973 and 9831416999,i use this number according to my necessity .on 13th september i called up the customer care from my number 9831416999 and enquired about an ISD pack that would give me benefits on calling abroad.After knowing about the details of the ISD pack 75 i confirmed the personal to register the same pack on to the number 9831484973 to be noted .The executive did the same and confirm me to enjoy the facility as on declaration. Then after i went on talking to a ISD for several times through out the month.But,when the bill was generated i was shocked looking at amount of Rs 5317/-,which i was been expecting near about Rs 2500/-.
Then after i contacted the senior executive on 1st of october(Mr SUBRATA GHOSH) and clarified the total facts.He took time for 4 to 5 days to verify the matter of mishap ,so after i called up after 5th of october to get a judgment of above mention facts.Where i spoke to another senior executive (Mr Raju),where he confirmed me that they took the matter very seriously and audited the call.And then after he also confirmed that fault was made from there side(Airtel) for which they will be trying to take the necessary steps before the due date of bill, they also commit to do so before the due date which was 7th of october.From then i spoke several times to many seniors even their supervisor as they says but,since then the time passed away due date was over a new bill was again generated but matter still exist as it was.Eventually i cast the matter before the nodal officer on 1st november with the request number 40369768 where they confirmed me to resolve the problem within 4th of november .Today is 6th of november where i got call from the respective department notifying me that the charges were appropriate hence no waiver can be passed .
My complain is that if the executive carelessly made a mistake why the customer will suffer and when several commitments were made from the side to resolve the problems as early as possible.I need proper resolution regarding the matter .I have proper proofs of the total facts including voice recordings from either side.
Though this matter can be by passed without clearing the billand wait for the settlement but,still i need a fair judgment as i want to be the member of Airtel as i am since 2004.
I feel the matter to will be resolved soon with care.
