Hi Team,
First of all thanks to Airtel for provide me such a nice service for so long..
* But now this is such frustrating moment for me.. AIRTEL left me without any choice despite of being writing down this main to the Consumer forum,
this has started since i bought my new nokia lumia710 and i have been told by the nokia and airtel that they we will be givne me free 3G plan for next 3 months (upto 2GB every month),...i was so glad to get this..
** and the date was 28-Jan-2012 on which this plan got activated.
but surprisingly without downloading any single song/video and a very low usage of internet they are saying that LIMIT is over for this perticular month.. its hardly 8-9 days.
** as one of my friend got a same plan on a same day.. and he is using it without any deduction after so much download on 3G.
Its fine that i accepted that i have used all my data(that actually didn't happen).
but there are some point to be considered.
1. They didn;t inform me that 3G limit is over.(should be getting prior notification)
2. called up airtel almost 10 times.. they are clueless. not even a single person to capable to answer. they dont have the answer about my 3G plan which is active on my number.
3. AND AS NOW IAM NOT USING ANY INTERNET ON MY PHONE OR ANY DATA.. Airtel is keep deducting my balance some 1rs, 2rs, 14rs....without any usage. (Totally frustrating and unacceptable)
please do the action against and so that i can get my money back atleast.
Also the call gets disconnected automatically after 4 to 5 minutes - out of which you may be on hold for 2 minutes
By 10 days time, with very limited use - the account balance is 0 and keep on deduction is keep happening in every minute.
