Dear Sir,

This is to draw your attention towards my suffering from M/s Airtel (Bharti Airtel Ltd. Pune)

I, Atul Chandrakant Kharat, is a victim of M/S Airtel, Maharashtra and Goa circle.I'm having an airtel prepaid number 09175005550. It is being noticed that airtel

deduct some amount of money from the balance available for the reason of content download and subscription.I cross checked information given by customer service

representative and i found that it was untrue & from my previous experiences I was sure that,I've been cheated again by M/s Airtel.To confirm the above,I contacted

Airtel's customer care & inquired whether any services was there against my number. They replied that "Full Audio & Airtel TV Service" was accsessed against my number.

On questioning how they could start a service & deduct my balance amount from my account,they lied with ease as usual,stating that the services were subscribed as

through Airtel Live Portal,which is absolutely wrong and ridiculous.I use Mobile Office setting to acsess internet and never visit any site that charge for surfing

They Deduced a big amount for these services & they are refusing to refund me for that. Then I make them cancelled the services.

As these types of cases are purely of theft or fraud and are repeating,I request your intervention in this matter urgently and take strong actions against Airtel who

are stealing the my money without any dignity.Also,please do the needful for crediting the amount deducted from my balance account and i want compensation against the

experience as during my journey i was unable to make any call.In emergency also i could not call anyone and that could cause a big mishap with me.


**MOST IMPORTANT PART IS I HAVE A PROOF ABOUT MY CONCERN, IHAVE CAPTURED SCREEN IMAGES OF MY CELL WHERE U CAN SEE THAT THE TIME WHEN THEY DIDUCTED MY MONEY THAT TIME I

WAS NOT IN NETWORK AND IN SECOND TIME I DID NOT SURF OR DOWNLOAD ANY CONTENT U CAN SEE MY DATA COUNTER AS WELL AS SCREEN IMAGES SHOWING THE TRUTH

**" I WANT THIS CHEATERS TO FACE LEGAL ACTION"
