TO who so ever it may concern at Bharti Telecom Limited ,

This is Navin Talwar From Raipur ,Chattisgarh. I had Airtel No 9993552000 and my office guy was using this no from past one year. When he left the job then i used this no for few months so as to gain back my client data. After few months i wished to close this no as many calls were of my office staff.

I paid a cheque of Rs.3000/- to your collection guy at my office, later then he informed me back that cheque is not been cleared from my bank and my payment was outstanding. I asked Airtel collection guy (dont remember his name ) to bring back my cheque and settle full outstanding payment thru cash and close this matter. He told me he will bring back my cheque as soon as possible. But he never returned then different people from different no's started calling me for payment , all the time i told everyone to send my check and collect payment.

Now from past one month a guy called some Gill calling from your Airtel callcenter Chandigarh ( calling no :-01724305855 ), he is abusing on calls, he is using my personal call details and calling many people i know for payment collection, i told him not to be abusive, do not call on my family,friends,professional people . but instead of stopping he has increased his calls and says he will keep doing this for what he is being paid from your company and i need to clear outstanding without asking for my cheque (which they took) if i want him to stop harrasment. I believe this is illegal from Bharti telecom Ltd. company end for payment collection, i have no problem to clear my outstanding then why i am not getting my cheque back to me ?

Bharti Airtel Limited is being biggest and renowned Indian telecom company, As i know Airtel has good customer base in Chattisgarh / Madhya Pradesh Circle. I am surprised to see how Airtel call center Guys talk and treat your customers ? How company allow call center guys to be abusive, insulting, harassing and they are threatening ?

Kindly take some serious action from your end as soon as possible, with such harassment i am being mentally disturbed with such kind of calls.I have clear point i wont clear outstanding unless i get my cheque back.
