I using airtel Mob card, last 6/7 year.
last two month i received one call from frontline sales limited.
she sell me one add on card. on my no.9867188806 but till day this is not a add on card.they charge me both of number. I completed in customer care more than 8/9 times
they given me request no. & toll me your problem is solved in 48 hours. but till day is not solved.
So I tolled him to disconnect my both of number Date 03/11/11. that time they call me 07/11/11 & promise me. My both of number working properly & they given me offer 2 month rental Rs 400/- credit u r account & get me add on card on my new no. but last night they disconnect my new no 9987308883. they given me wrong commitment every time.they are wastage my time. & not given Properly answer.
so pls take a action.
