Dear Consumer Court Forum,
I would like to register this complaint against Airtel. I recently asked them to disconnect my postpaid account, which thy failed to do.
I cleared my previous outstanding payment within time, but i did not get an acknowledgement from them.
And now i get an email from them saying they have filed a legal case against me!
This is appalling & serious harassment. They also have consistently failed to reply in a sane way to any emails that I send them.
I request this forum to please take a serious action against Airtel. I am also ready to officialy sue them because their pathetic attitude has seriously been disturbing.
