Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been using airtel pre-paid number 9717913130 for almost 1 year. I recently lost my mobile and hence blocked this number.

While reactivation of the same number as I was giving my identification proofs to one of the airtel stores (GK-II M-Block market), got to find out that this number has been registered with someone called "Parveen" instead of myself (Neeraj Baluni).

I was shocked to find the same, by asking from the Airtel executive they insist that the mistake is from the vendors side. I went to Airtel vendor (BulBul Market, Charmwood Village) where I first purchased this number, by going through his records confirmed that the correct information had provided to Airtel.

First of all, we all are aware of the significance of these mistakes and how this can mislead biggest govt organization and may be to my family in case of mis-happening to me. Who is and will be responsible for these kind of mistakes.

Airtel is one of the biggest name in the market and very sad to find these kind of mistakes done by you people. I have switched from Vodafone to Airtel in sereach of better services.

Today from lunch onwards I have been keep calling in Airtel Helpline number 9810198101 from my other vodafone number. Initially they replied to my queries and once they got to know about their mistakes to have redirected my calls from executives to somewhere else. And I am not able to connect to any of your executives.

I am really very sorry to say that I am again switching back to my old service provider with this number and if not possible then with new number assigned.
