I have approached M/s Startel, an Airtel relationship center in Hyderabad for migrating my pre paid services to post paid (Mobile number: 7702496900, Application no: 0851748 dated 29-12-2011).

As i am working in GVK Power and Infrastructure, i was suggested an CUG connection to which i opted. Hence, i have submitted all necessary documents asked by them.

Documents Submitted:
Passport copy - ID Proof
Bank Statement - Address Proof
Passport size photo
Activation fee: Rs 500/-

However, after a couple of weeks on 18th Jan 2012 my outgoing was barred saying that my "Employment Proof is not valid". I approached M/s Startel again to sort this out. As suggested , i have resubmitted a copy of my appointment letter (since i have not received my employment ID card yet) on 21st Jan 2012 being stamped from my HR department. I was assured of revoking my outgoing services active.

However, on 24th all the services were deactivated.

I have wrote to the manager of M/s Startel regarding this twice, but no reply is received. However, to my surprise, Customer care replied on 25th Jan 2012 saying "documents submitted is incomplete".

Dear Sir,

Its not about the incomplete document. I have submitted all the necessary documents as asked by the M/s Startel Representative Mr Somesh Kumar. On 18th Jan 2012 my outgoing was barred.
On enquiry, I was informed that I need to submit the Employment ID card copy to continue the CUG.
However, I informed them that I am yet to get an ID card from my employer to which they suggested to resubmit the copy of my appointment being stamped from our HR.
I did the same and submitted the document on 21st Jan 2012. After this I was assured that the services would be revoked by the end of same day but in vain.

I have wrote to the manager of M/s Startel regarding this too. I wonder how could My appointment letter copy submitted twice is not a valid proof of my employment. Also one of your representative has visited my office for verification before I was provided with the post paid services active.

After all these, still I get a mail from you to submit the documents. Its very unfair.

Why should I bear this service blocks due to your representatives misguidance? Should your representative insisted for the ID card for the post paid services on to CUG, I would have continued my pre paid until I have received my ID card from my employer.

Now it has been a week since my services are been blocked after all the valid documents as suggested by your representative are been submitted.

I once again insist to activate my services ASAP.
Else I would have to approach consumer forum regarding this issue.

As informed earlier too about barring my outgoing facility on my post paid
number ¿ 7702496900.



However, I would like to bring to your kind notice that all the documents as
suggested by Mr Somesh has been provided by me as well as

your representative has verified my place of working at my office before my
connection was migrated from Pre paid to Post paid.



An additional copy of my employment been originally stamped by HR department is
also provided to Mr Raju, on 21st Jan 2012 on advice of Mr Somesh again.

Mr Raju and Mr Ganesh, promised to resolve this issue by the end of that day.



To provide a copy of employment ID card , I am still awaiting to get one from
my HR department.

Then how could one provide it? Or Do you mean to say that the copy of the
employment is cooked up and your representative who have came for verification
at my office in Paigah House is wrong?



This is totally annoying where in I produce all the docs as per your
representatives advice, get positive through verification process and still
suffer of barred services since last 5 days.



Provide me a positive solution to this by the end of today (with out me
providing any further proofs of my employment) or else I would have to opt out
of your network.
