I am using air-tel pre-paid mobile since 4 years. i am being charged after ever 10 days in the name of internet charges, message charges, isd calling charges, hello tunes charges. till now i have lost my 200 rupees balance due to such fake things. i cannot access internet on my mobile as it still doesn't have mobile office settings. i have complained many times to air-tel costumer care but have always been disappointed. i request you to please take some action against this disappointing service.
