i recharged my mobile with Rs 36,Rs 18, Rs 30..in Rs 36 i get 1000 sms pack,in Rs 18 i get 180 sms pack( which i recharged mistakely)..and i then i have total 1180 sms...after rechrge Rs 30 my balance become Rs28 (23 from recharge n 5 from erlier balance)approx...in start for doing sms the sms balance was deducted but later on my balance start deducting from main balance i.e from Rs28(approx) it becomes Rs 14.50(approx)...i called customer care but the call was disconnected immediately after short talk( some connection problem)...i tried again many times but the option to call customer care didn't response ..i want my balance( deducted) back also i have complaint for such stupid response of airtel customer service..
