I am airtel prepaid user and my airtel No is 8826064683. Before purchasing SIM card I have already given my Serving Certificate (from Defence), PAN Card and two photographs. The same has been sent to Airtel Registration Office. I have also used the above No from November 22 to December 16, 2012. Till that time, no body has called me from airtel office ie from the time from 06.00PM to 11.59PM from Monday to Friday and 24 hrs between Saturday and Sunday. As my office started from 0800AM to 06.00PM, I keep my mobile at my home except Saturday and Sunday. On 15 Dec 2012, I recharged approx Rs 300/- and when I went on leave on 16 Dec 2012 to Orissa for 40 days, I found that my numbers is ceased by the airtel office and no incoming and outgoing call is possible from my number. I called Delhi customer care from BSNL mobile from Orissa by paying STD charge thrice. Later, they replied that my number has been ceased due to non availability of ID Proof. It is not possible for me to submit serving certificate again and again as it is difficult to get sign from authority and also wastage of photographs. Why they have not informed while I was at Delhi from 22 November to 16 December? I have faced a lot of problem due to non functioning of the above number. Please direct airtel to activate my number at the earliest.
