Airtel Service really sucks. I am not sure how come they are still in business. I am here in Mumbai for few days visiting friends and family. My sim worked for 2 days while I was in Mumbai. It failed to work while I was in Jaipur causing me lots of inconveneince. I could not make or receive any call while I was in Jaipur. I am back in Mumbai and it is not allowing me to make any calls in my phone as well other working phone. I have Rs378.70 in this sim. I tried to get to an operator through 121 and 123 and I had no success. I also tried to look for Airtel store phone numbers and I was unsuccessful. My phone # is 996-775-6287.

I hope somebody gets back to me with a resolution. I was tremendously inconvenienced by Airtel. I had another serious issue with them with their international calling service. They have not yet refunded my money after they stopped the service in US.

Would love to join in a class action lawsuit againt these scammers.
