i have recharge my friend's mobile (connection airtel and no is +919878879503) on 10 JAN 2012 at time 2147 hrs through sbi freedom (mobile banking). The message I received is " Rs 333 received for topup of 9878879503 Transaction Successful OxiTransID - 54849860011201102206(0) Tid=020159578904" . My mobile number is +917837015259 (connection vodafone) from which recharge has been done.
But till date recharge has not been done and more over Rs. 333 already deducted from my account. My friend lodged a complaint in airtel customer care and one 13 Jan 12 and a message received from airtel customer care that the complaint has been resolved.
But then also neither his recharge has not been done and nor Rs. 333/-has been refunded to me.
