Reliance Mobile, GSM
Subject: Balance deducted (Rs. 30/-)for the Health Pack for my Reliance GSM mobile No. 9015686593 which was unsubscribed in Sep'10/Oct'10.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I’m suffering from weekly balance deduction from Dec 10 to till date for the services which I had never subscribed.
This is 6th time I met with this kind of problem.
Every time customer care executives told that “Sir it will never be happen again in future, and I disconnected this service” but after every 7 to 10 days it happened again.
Today also Rs. 30/- deducted for “Health Pack” which was unsubscribed in the month of Sep’10/Oct’10.(I also received msg from 55123 ‘Hi your Health-Pack has been AUTORENEWED’) How can it be auto-renewed without my permission? When then I never allow for the same.
I called at 198 and talk to Mr. Rakesh and Manish they told me that “We have received a msg from your number at 8:45am that time I was in my class and my phone was at home.” THIS is a kind of CHEATING.
Last time one of your executive called me for ‘My Feeling’ service, I denied but that fellow requested that “Plz just listen just ones and after that you decide for its subscription” I said ok!!! He explained the plan and immediately disconnect the phone and start that service WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. It was incident I faced many from Reliance GSM.
And also you executives are ethic less people, they have no manner that How to talk. Sir/madam I am not a lay man I am a auditor from ICAI and know LAW very well.
According to the Indian Contract Act, 1872 “Silence is not acceptance” and also “without acceptance contract is VOID” and also Section 10 of Indian Contract Act, 1872 say about the Validity of Contract and the very first condition is OFFER & ACCEPTANCE. Means both the conditions must be satisfied. Your executives Offers but not waits for acceptance. This is called Fraud in the language of Law. Any how………….. I’m not teaching you law. But I want my money back and also written assurance that it will never be happen again in the future.
Because of bad behavior and harassment by the customer care executives, I’m also sending a copy to CONSUMER COURT for the same.
