I had bought my phone from Jumb Electronics - Inorbit Vaashi in November 2009 ,after that in april 2010 it is creating problem like phone automatically goes on headset mode and then come back to normal mode, by which i am not able to hear properly and talk continously.

I approached Jumbo Electronics he has given me Address of Redington India Ltd. 603-604 Acme Plaza, Opp. Sangam Theatre Andheri Kurla Road. Andheri East , where the person said to me its not a normal problem we have to send ur phone to Bangalore then i said ok .

I got my phone within i think 10-14 days, but now after repairing that problem i am facing the same problem again in almost 2 months after getting it repaired.

I asked Jumbo electronics person to change the phone , as it is not possible for me to go every time for repair.

He said to me that he will only replaced only when the service centre people will say in writing that this problem will not get resolved permanently .

I dont know , my submission is that they had to chang my phone.

As being a reputed company , i dontthink thereshould be any problem.

Well this is an old thread, bt if it helps.. for one yes being such a reputed company and wid all new bright ads on tv Blackberry must improve its servicing part and make sure phones get repaired in couple of days instead of having to be sent to bangalore.

and as for ur problem, if u r still haing it, u must get it in written frm Redington that phone shud be replaced which contains there signature and stamp. then u will get it replaced at the shop frm where u bought at no extra cost.

u might try pursuing redington guys.. cause only they can get it replaced for you.
