Consumer Forum co-ordinator,
I'd purchased Blackberry Bold 5 on 14th Dec2011 from Gurgaon. Immediately after purchase, I discovered that there was a manufacturing defect-the device was getting heated up automatically and the battery was getting drained in two hours. On showing the handset, authorized service center of Blackberry realized the manufacturing defect and agreed to replace the handset.
The second handset too developed the same defect and it was also duly replaced by the service center.
Even the third handset developed the same problem. However, in the process one month deadline got over since the subsequent bills issued by the dealer continued to be dated 14th Dec'2011, which was the date of purchase of first handset. The service center refused to honour the replacement citing one month limited replacement warranty.

This clearly shows that this handset has a manufacturing defect and hence i don't want a replacement for the same and would want my money duly refunded. The process has not only caused me waste of time and resources, but also inconvenience.
