I have recharged my mobile from BSNL official website (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.- India's No. 1 Telecommunications Company) using internet banking on 1st January, 2012. But, yet I haven't received my recharge on 19th January, 2012. On complaining the BSNL customer care they are initially saying that u will get it back if recharge was not done, but after words they are saying that they haven't received the payment from SBI. After requisting SBI, they issued me a confirmation latter regarding they have paid the amount to the BSNL. Afterwords I went to the BSNL's zonal office I found that nobody is ready to take the responsibility & given me advise to force the customer care to sort out the issue. From there I got the Zonal officer's no. on contacting them they are also unable to sort out the issue in their given time.

So, give me any solution.
