I am Rhitam Sengupta from Kolkata. I am very much dissatisfied while using Bsnl Mobile connection. I have two bsnl dosti sim cards. Before I bought it, I throughly read what was written in the Dosti plan. There it was said that between 2 Dosti cellphone number there will be free phone calls "This facility will continue till the two SIMs are in working condition i.e remain valid.". That is why i paid for the connection. Now from 8th of Decmber 2011, they are saying that Dosti unlimited plan has got reduced to 30 min per day. Now how can they change a Unlimited Plan to 30 min free plan? How come they can change the plan what they had proposed? Didn't we pay for the facility? Is it a way how to revise a plan?
In the name of "revising the Dosti plan" the BSNL telecom service is deceiving/cheating/frauding us.
Therefore I want to a complaint against this change in plan.
