On 19th September, 2010 I suddenly received an SMS from 53030020 saying that my MISSU subscription has been created and Rs. 30/- was deducted. I called the Customer Care and said that I have not sent any SMS regarding this and asked them to show my request for availing this service. They said that unknowingly I might have pressed something due to which this happened. Now my question is am I an illiterate person that I will press anything without knowing. However, they did not listen to me and I had to forget those 30 rupees.
Then I called the customer care and to told them to deactivate this service. They told they had done so. Again I called 5-6 times and asked whether that service has been deactivated or not, they said it was done.
But again on 19th October another Rs. 20/- was deducted from my prepaid balance saying that this service has been renewed.
Now I have lodged a complaint (6234804) and even email was sent to BSNL GM (Customer Services), but there has been no utility.
A total of Rs. 50/- has been my loss till now.

I Mrs. Rovina Sen BSNL Excel No. 9413156330 want to complain and also get a refund for Charging Rs. 60/- from me without subscribing for anything.
I received a service SMS todat 28 April'11 and I just opened it to see what it was and immediately I get a notification that Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my pre-paid card for subscribing to value pack. Instantly I sent a SMS on the number I got the SMS from i.e 546461030 once again I was charged Rs. 30/- i.e a total of Rs. 60/- charged within 5 minutes. For what I fail to understand?
I want you to refund the amount that has been charged.
