Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Kolkata. It is an issue regarding my handset which is Nokia C-7. I had purchased my phone on 27.12.2010 and its still under warranty. Since the time i have purchased it, it is not working properly. I cannot make any outgoing call and every time this same problem persists. When the first time the problem started i submitted the phone to Nokia Care-A. M Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd. - 173, S.P. Mukherjee Rd, Mudiali, Kolkata-700026, on 25.06.2011 and they gave it back to me after one week. Then again the same problem started after 2months and i gave it back to them on 15.09.2011 which they returned to me the very next day. And after 10 days it again stopped working so i deposited my handset with them on 12.11.2011 and asked them to either replace it or if they are repairing it in any case i asked them to provide me with a letter in which it is mentioned that if the same problem persists again they would not charge me anything since my warranty is getting over on 27.12.2011. They said they would request the management to replace it. Now, its almost a month but they have not responded to my calls. Everytime i call them they ask me to call on Monday and when every Monday i call them they say that they have not recieved my handset yet and hence i should call them again on Monday. This was going since a month and finally today when i called them and asked them to provide me with some information so they gave me the number of their Delhi headquarter and asked me to speak there. I even spoke there but they said that they have already dispatched it to Kolkata on 21.11.2011 and the Kolkata center should recieve it by 25.11.2011. So, i called the Kolkata Nokia Care again and they said they have not recieved it yet. They are not helping me in any form.
I request you to please look into my grievance and take some action.Looking forward to you.
