complain against reliance gsm service
I am Bipin Kumar from Almora.My reliance prepaid mobile no is 9548026441. Rs 30 is deducted from main balance on 20.08.10 by activating some value added service without my any consent. on consulting them they refused to refund my balance.I had serious concern about that. I need your help to get my refund.

complain against customer care
I am chinmaya dash from cuttcack ,my mobile no is 9861344198.Rs 14 deducted from my cell due to sms pack. but before 3 days back i had put sms pack of Rs 39.this is not the first time that they did it, every month i suffer ,kindly consider this other wise either i change the network or i ll go to consumer court.
