I am facing reliance Caller tune problem since 2 months firstly it happened on the month of April that automatically caller got activated that money is being refunded in my account. again on 21st May Caller tune got activated rs 10 is being deducted I have sent mail reliance nodal officer and apllete officer. they had told me I have activated the service although I didn't and moreover no caller tune is playing in my mobile again on 6th June rs 30 deducted for caller tune service although I have deactivated the service on 22nd May Which I have not activated I have talk with the reliance customer service they are telling me same ting for caller tune it is got activated .

Please help me regarding this. I am from siliguri west Bengal My reliance number is 8101382651

i m using RELIANCE G.S.M. service my no. 8100802555 on first day when i recharged for rs 50.on next day reliance deducted my account with rs 35 . when i ask why they deducted my account ,the customer care executive told that i had subscribe for nazara comic pack, but i dont know how to subscribe it after one week i made an another recharge of rs 100, again deducted my account rs 35 , when i call to senior superviser they told me that i subscribe for caller tune , after that i swith offmy set for 10-15 days. after that recently on my set and i make recharge again they deducted they inform me that i subscribe for star pack . sir several times i m robbed like this by reliance . and next thing there is no trasnsperency in conversatition whether i told them to deactivate all the service they dont act on that thing my account deducted . plz sir take an action against this, i think this also a type of expoitation reliance customer by reliance communication.

I am a reliance prepaid gsm (up east) user and my no. is 9691635108. reliance prepaid gsm stated a VAS on my no. on 2 of July {date not sure about date}while i didn't subscribe any such type of service. They deducted my balance three times.I just called to customer care and talked to their CCR,he said that yes i said that ur VAS subscription did not done by us it is done by you,but i convinced him that i was not did that.Then he forward my request that service request no.is 132105799. and said that our technical department chack that. if ur balance deduction was wrong we wil refund your balance and also requested four times to customer care to deactivate that VAS but they didn't take any kind of ethical action....currently my balance is Rs. -5.71 now i am feeling very frustrated and help less because i cant bear that kind of unethical deductions...i am a student and belonging from a middle class family.
So please i am requesting to u..Help me to refund my deducted balance & take legal & ethical action against my service provider.............

I bought a reliance GSM sim card in december 2009 and didn't have any problems initially, till March,2010. But from March, it has been nothing but problems. The in-building coverage is zero and I have complained regarding this about 8 times and the problem is still not rectified. Last night, it has been absolutely outrageous. I had last called at 2.20pm and after that, my balance was Rs.46.86. But in the night, when I received a service reply during messaging, I was shocked to see that a sum of Rs.15 was deducted from my account. I complained to the customer care regarding this immediately. But, they say that I have used Rworld services, which I have not as I know very well that they will charge if I use them. Even after repeated conformation to the customer care people about this, I could not get a proper answer or a money refund. They say that their system registered a usage at about 10.10pm, when my mobile was being charged besides me and there are no kids in my home and no one else touches my mobile other then me.So I am damn sure that I have not used the services they say I have used. Please do help me in this matter.

Hi I'm using Reliance GSM service and the number is 9014721287, the Hello tone and cricket package has been activated to my number by default. I've called up many times Reliance customer care and also visited Reliance world, even then my issue is not been fixed. I've asked to deactivate the Hello tone instead of that another song was activated and I was charged totaly of Rs 45.00 and this was happened in the month of July, 2010.

Now, again the Cricket package has been activated by default on 21st September, 2010 and even though my Handset doesn't support for it. The Cricket package was activated on 21st Sep 2010 and got deactivated on 22nd September, 2010, but I’m still charged for it from 21st September, 2010 to 2nd October, 2010, daily Rs. 5.00 I’m charged even though the Cricket package has been deactivated on 22nd September which was told by the Supervisors, Agents and Reliance world store. I'm charged for the Cricket pacakge totaly of Rs 40.00 till today i.e 2nd October, 2010. I'm still being charged for it till date. Looking for the Issue to be fixed ASAP and refund my balance that has been deducted for both the issues.

I am using the GSM Smart Number for long time. My Mobile No : 9827950119. I want to register complain.
The complain is as follows:
1) On 21-11-2010, I recharge with 77 Pack (time : 2: 30 noon near) for reducing the tariff 20 p / min, but still deduction is as per old scheme 50 p / min.
2) First, I try to register the complain to your coustomer care number 198, but they are not register the complain and they disconnect the phone so many times. I talk with T.L also but they were unable to give correct solution.
3) I want to register the complain against this people also (namely : Amit , Pratibha, Kamlesh , Zia (T.L) ) . they put my phone for long time and at last they disconnect it. you can also verify this from my call history. from 19-11-2010.
4) I want to know that, recharge with 59 pack (on 19-11-2010) and 77 pack (on 21-11-2010) can i use both pack together.
5) Please provide solution against this complain.
6) And also refund the wrong deducted amount.

Hi...i am from pune.yesterday i recharge my reliance GSM no 9021599148..with Rs 10 voucher on 13/3/11,I was forced to do that cos every time i recharge with higher amount my balance got deducted for one or other reason,sum pack will get activated automatically..so inspite of reacharging with Rs10,i got rs 6.07 balance..but after one hour i found dt my balance is deducted to 1.07 as rs 5 had been deducted for some cricket pack,n i m geting Flash cricket updates which i dont want as i m getting disturbed by that.So kindly anyone tel me how to deactivate this pack,infact how to get rid of all these packs.

Reliance GSM Prepaid Connection

On 4th April 2011 I had submitted a form at your Patan base dealer Prime Mobile to get the services of Tata Docomo by giving him porting request number RG314274 on my above mobile number of Reliance GSM (8000651744). But today at 1-45 PM I received a message from TA-1901 that your port in request for mobile number 8000651744 has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons, for any queries please call 1800-266-3366. After receiving this massage I contacted above number from my reliance number to know the reason. On that time he said your port request is stopped by Reliance company but not due to Tata Docomo.
When I contacted your Reliance customer care representative last evening on 06/04/2011 he told me that we can't allow you to port in other company because as a legal reason you signed a condition not to leave Reliance Mobile for Life time. Mr. Officer for your information I had not signed such a condition. If you have any proofs with you than send it with my signature on my mail.
More over when I joined your Reliance prepaid services in 2008 there was no such a portability rules passed by TRIE. Now from 20th January TRIE had Implemented rules for customer to change his service provider by using portability rules. So you have no rights to stop me to enter in to any GSM company.
What should do for High Handed Policy of Reliance GSM Mobile service????
