Default wrong balance deduction
hi,,i m krutesh Thakkar...my number is 9510135182 (reliance gsm).. before one months i have activate cricket scheme by mistake so i called to customer care and told them to deactivate the scheme same.
then they told me they had successfully deactivate my scheme. But yesterday again my balance is deducted and scheme is activate again..though i had deactivate before one month.. so.plz check my detail and give me refund my balance as this problem is of your executive not my fault..

i hope you give me prompt reply and give me balance back which is wrongly deducted....
