i am using smart gsm service..and they cut my balance unnecessarily in a regular basis...and response of customer care is pathetic..i want all my return back..i am so fed up of this obnoxious network that if i would know to complain to trai then i would have done that..mobile operator are robbing millions of people by activating obnoxious services..there are millions in Indian who do not know to complain online,so that way their agony remain unlistened..if the service attitudes sames in future i will change my network provider..my number 7735168946..i am final year engineering student..
