I am a pre-paid custmar of reliance india mobail(RIM) company.no. is 09351576376 form jaipur rajasthan, but it's very sad, I have a complain to him. Actually RIM company has provide a simply unlimited offer for RIM custmar. and dispaly his advertising to this msg (RELIANCE DHAMAKA ! AB SIMPLY UNLIMITED BAATEIN KAREN KISI BHI STD YA LOCAL PHONE PAR SIRF Rs 599 MEIN for ONE month.) and now with TV adverisment. but company has let me down. this is not true. any custmar can't use unlimited talktime. because in this offer company take charg Rs 599.00 but giveing only 2700mints for RIM to RIM network and 30 mints/day for any other network. so this is cheating with me and with any custmar of this offer. i am very tired for lost my 599/- rupees. so plz take any action for this offer of RIM COMPANY. I hope consumer court will help me.and take any action favar with me.
