Hello consumer court,
I want to file a complaint against airtel for deducting balance with no reason. My balance has been deducting from last one month. I have called customer care lot of times but they were like idiots, when i told them my prob they simply said "What can i do?" wat the heck..you guys are hired by airtel for resolving customer issues and inspite of taking the prob seriously they just end up saying that "wat we can do?"..I am really annoyed with this attitude. Now for my prob , First of all they deducted daily 5rs. from my account without giving any notification. They have deducted almost a total of 60rs. Now when i call them they tell me that your service has been deactivated. But the next morning they again deduct 5rs. from my balance. I have called cc 3 times but they are not helping me.. So , now i want my complete refund of 60 rs. or else i will file a complaint to TRAI. thats the only option i have left.
