I have purchased Blackberry Model 8900 in the month of March 2010 and within 2 months it started malfuncting, I approached to technical support in India but they are unable to rectify the issues, even I can say no competent engineer are there who can help me out.
Considering the fact that RIM has worldwide network but failed to understand that why customers are not getting proper support. The Technical Support is very pathetic and unprofessional even they don't have confidence on their product, upgrade of product.
