Sir/Madam,
My Nokia N95 8GB (IMEI 359542015978966) handset had battery backup problem and I took it to Infotel Services(1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19) which is an authorised nokiacare centre. The handset was submitted there on 22.11.2010 and was promised to be returned on 23.04.2010(Jobsheet no.265504886/101122/27). However on calling up on the target day they told me it would require some time. They promised me to let me know by the next week. However two weeks passed and on calling them up every time I got the same response that it would take some more time. Even I went to their office and they had assured me the delivery date would be 15th January 2011.Till now I do not get my mobile handset. God knows what kind of Bullshit work they are doing ? Even I do not know what is the latest status of my handset.I think I have to go to the police and report against them.I want my mobile back. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment , what kind of freak they are?. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and utter misbehaviour and harassment of customers.
So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Nokia Care centre like Infotel Services , and tell me the status of my handset.
Please do the needful asap.
