    Angry Complaint against NOKIA CARE CENTRE & SERVICE

    Sir/Madam,

    My Nokia N95 8GB (IMEI 359542015978966) handset had battery backup problem and I took it to Infotel Services(1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19) which is an authorised nokiacare centre. The handset was submitted there on 22.11.2010 and was promised to be returned on 23.04.2010(Jobsheet no.265504886/101122/27). However on calling up on the target day they told me it would require some time. They promised me to let me know by the next week. However two weeks passed and on calling them up every time I got the same response that it would take some more time. Even I went to their office and they had assured me the delivery date would be 15th January 2011.Till now I do not get my mobile handset. God knows what kind of Bullshit work they are doing ? Even I do not know what is the latest status of my handset.I think I have to go to the police and report against them.I want my mobile back. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment , what kind of freak they are?. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and utter misbehaviour and harassment of customers.

    So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Nokia Care centre like Infotel Services , and tell me the status of my handset.

    Please do the needful asap.

    sir ihave nokia c5 mobile i go to nokia care for new software updating but he cant updating software he say your mobile send to company i delivered you after 15 days its very long time duration because your phone software not update us. I want to say that simply work not done than why to join there in nokia care i request please joine nokia care specilist man not learning person appointed so please hepl us

    i m very disappoint with Nokia care who is in dilshad garden.
    because my phone is still not OK and i have gone many time in Nokia care but my problem is solve.so i m requesting to you that please take action with them.

    Default Firmware needs

    Hi
    I have a Nokia C7. My concern is when i uploaded the songs it save in All songs folder. and from there i have to add the songs one by one to my playlist. It's horrible.... Suppose i already have 300 songs then i added 50 songs. i want to these songs to my playlist. it won’t be possible to normal user to remember all these 50 songs. So even though I my have songs is i can't enjoy it.

    This is worst part , at least for such high ended mobile we should not expected this kind of limitation.

    Solution:
    User should able to add songs from recently added playlist to any other playlist and can empty the recently added playlist.

    Expected:
    furnish the firmware update to perform the about task.
    Is there any software already present on internet then let me know.

    Quick action is highly expected

    Post Nokia c7 complaint

    Dear Nokia Team,
    This is to inform you about my complain that is under taken by Nokia Care at Salt lake in Kolkata on 9-Nov-2011 & nokia care told me that my mobile phone was damage due to water but as per my trust there is no water damage to my mobile. I've connected my mobile to computer for data transfer and after that it doesn't switch on.

    After 2-3 days the concerned manager who knew each & every problem related to my mobile at that center assured me to replace my mobile with new one which has to be couriered from Delhi & when I went there to collect my phone after 2 -3 days the manager told me the same reason that my mobile phone was damaged due to water & your warranty is void.They gave my mobile back in non-working condition & even insulted me.

    I'm very much disappointed with the service as it takes almost 12 Days, and finally i'm compelled to mail you.

    So, kindly do the needful for the same as soon as possible.Below are the details of my mobile & complaint registered to Nokia care.
