I am really pissed of with the Service Provided by Tata Docomo. I changed the Pre paid connection to Post paid just a week back. I did not even use the connection properly and all of a sudden i am getting a message saying i will have to pay 1300 rupees as my usage exceeded and my outgoing calls are barred. When i was sold the connection that is a transfer from Pre paid to Post paid i was asked what is my usage and limit. Advised my usage will be more and hence requested for Rs.3000 as Credit limit, but the Credit limit was set only for few hundreds which is not correct. When called Customer Service no one is ready to help me.
Pathetic Customer Service, none of the Associates are able to speak proper English. They are not ready to sort out the issue at all. They are also happy to loose a customer. They are not ready to even release my Barred outgoing calls as well. I am really really getting irritated.
