I was recharging my mobile no. 8699199949 with the 25 rs special pack online and got an error on first attempt and then again I tried and got error on second attempt also and after that I tried for the third n last time n at this time also I got an error.. after some time when I checked my mobile balance I was charged (75 RS) 3 times without any recharge completion

then I called customer care they refused me to pay back my balance since according to them my recharge was done all the 3 three time but I didn't got any activation msg or balance deduction msg till now

plzzz help me in getting my Balance back which was deducted due to there system fault not because of mine..
