Hi,
This is in respect to Vodafone connection i had its been atleast 5 months that im not using their services and i have actually lodged the complaint many times but they are somehow not replying to any of my query or failed to solve my query.
They billed me for the services which i did not use. I have sent a mail in this regard to them later they replied that i have to pay for the services which i havent used so far in order to continue with my number.
This is purely unethical that a customer is paying for the services for not using it.
If anyhow Vodafone team is listening than please revert.
