I have a vodafone number 9780180196 on which from beginning some services activated for demo so first time I don't have to paid for it as per terms but after this period it will be auto deactivated which is not happened to me & some caller-tune is set for my mobile without my permission & I only get a message that so & so caller-tune is set for you so we deducted so & so money from account when I talk to customer care they replied me that this caller-tune is chosen by you & 48 hours is over so the charges will be deducted from your account is not to be give you back & one more thing today is almost 7 days over to request for deactivate the call from vodafone as per `TRAI` it should be deactivate in 48 hours but still I got a call in anytime so I want compensatory money to loss of peace & respect.
