My name is Aman Kumar and i belong to Jamshedpur Jharkhand.
I have a Vodafone prepaid card in my name-+919709152660.
The service provider has deducted Rs 60(Rs30 two times) from my main account balance.
I complained to the customer care but they were helpless and they put blame on myself.
I was fed up of deduction of balance from my prepaid account so i temporarily disconnected
my prepaid number. I will be happy if you take proper action on the service provider and pay my deducted balance with compensations so that i can restore my prepaid service soon .

Vodafone is the worst service provider in Bihar and Jharkhand region. It only cheats the customers by providing such a cheap and low-standard network quality. I reside in Gaurishankar Nagar Colony, N.O.P., Doranda, Ranchi-834002. I have complained several times, but the company seems helpless and tells that I am out of coverage area, so they can't do anything. I just want to say that this is such a populated region and even new-comers like Uninor has a site in this area, so what Vodafone has been doing for so many years. I now feel shame of using Vodafone as my friends have to tell the same thing a dozen of times, even then I hardly understand. I will soon throw my Vodafone Sim in a gutter to get rid of it, as my other frnds have done.

I reside in Doranda. My mobile number is 8051542623. I want Vodafone to be banned in Bihar and Jharkhand. Vodafone's network has become a headache for me. For so many months I have been complaining, but network quality has been degrading day-by-day. Vodafone has got so much defamed in our locality now that I feel ashamed of being a Vodafone customer. I am eagerly waiting for the MNP to arrive. I think soon Vodafone will receive a major set-back in Bihar and Jharkhand.

i took connection of AIRTEL. i submitted all required document asked by the agent.he activated my number which is 8809099811. after someday i was unable to access net services.i cmplaint to customer care and instead of solving problem they barded my number.i approached nodal officer his response was worse thn expected.

I am using idea no. 9822229299 which is redgister in the name of myself ( Sagar Amte) from last 5 years. As per goverment rules i have submited my documents at the time of activation. Company demendad for docmunts again in dec 2010. According to goverment rule i submeted it again after reciveing company sms. They replay for that WE HAVE RECIVED OUR DOCMUNTS; IT IS UNDER VALIDATION BASED ON TRAI GUIDELINES this sms come on 17/12/2010. Again on 01/01/2011 another sms came from company saying that AAPKA IDEA APPLICATION FORM APOORNA HONE KI WAJHA SE VAIDH NAHI HAI. ASUVIDHA SE BACHNE KE LIYE KRIPYA 72 HRS MEIN IDEA VIKRETA KE PASS USW DOBARA JAMA KAREIN. at the same time i called to cutomer care they replyed u have to submit docments as they are not valid but i have submited same documents which was given at the time of activation i also told them my problem i always use my number in national romeing from last 3 years so its not possible for me to come pune to just submit documents when i was there in pune gone to submit the documents at bibewadi corner satara road, pune idea cellular showroom. They dident demand me for any extra documents as i ask them is that enough or does any extra docmunts required they said nothing extra required. Now company is demending more documents as i use the number in national roaming its not possible for me to go pune & resubmit it. As i told it to custmer care but they are not agree & now they have deactivate my number on 05/01/2011 again i called to custmer care & requested to activate the number as i use it in roaming & i am not in any fault i have submit documents in the given time. Now i am facing lot of promlem because of deactived number i have become almost handicaped without having a mobile. please do the needfull

7549997101 & 7549997102 are called Invalid,why?
When I used my vodafone numbers last 1 month.
