As per advertisement in "The Telegraph" dated 15-09-2011 regarding sale of "VOX e Phone with TV", I had placed an order via www.naaptol.com/ho under deal code 1119, order number 2463571 dated 16-09-2011, with 100% money back in case the product is defective.
Upon receiving the product, there is no option for "TV" as such. Repeated complains dated 25/09, 26/09, 28/09 for replacement of product or money back has had no effect.
This is very unsatisfactory consumer experience. Please help to take my case further and either provide me a replacement of product or money-back.
